Payment - Frequently Asked Questions

What are the available payment methods ?

FPX: - Our platform has been integrated with PayNet, a payment gateway provider. All transactions via our website are conducted through PayNet.

Cash Transactions: -  Cash payments are accepted by AME. Clients are required to contact customer service to arrange cash transactions. Cash transactions are limited to a maximum of RM 40,000.

How do I know if my payment is successful?

Clients will receive an automated email that confirms payment has been successful. Please do note that it may take up to several minutes for an email confirmation. In the event that you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact customer service.

Where can I request an official receipt?

Official receipts are usually sent via email to the client. We will respond within 1 working day (excluding public holidays & weekends). Please note if you do not receive an official receipt, please contact customer service. 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Clients will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment of the order.
