What is a referral code?

A referral code is a unique code given to every AME Digital Gold account user. The referral code can be shared and used by other users to get discounts after buying a certain amount of gold. 

In return, the referrer will get a reward each time a friend uses the code.

How do I get a referral code?

A referral code will be sent to you via email after the completion of registration of an AME Digital Gold Account. 

What if I am unable to use my referral code?

If the referral promo code does not work, you may contact our customer care team via telephone or email.

Who is eligible to use my referral code?

Any AME Digital Gold account user who has obtained an account for no more than 30 days can use the referral code. One user is eligible to use only one code (Promo code or referral code)

Can I use my referral code for multiple friends?

No. You can only use one friend's referral code only once

If my friends and family share my referral code with their friends, will I earn some rewards?

Yes. You will earn some reward amount if they purchase the minimum of gold as stated in the referral code promotion terms and conditions

Can my friends use my referral code?

Yes, as long as they enter the Referral Code within 30 days after their account is approved, they can use your code.

I am below 18 years old. Can I use the referral code?

No. You will not be able to use the code.

Will my referral code expire?

Each AME Digital Gold account customer is assigned a unique code that can be shared. The referral code will not expire as long as the Referral Campaign continues, and AME reserves the right to amend or update the referral campaign at any time without prior notice.

For a new user who applies a Referral Code, the code will expire 30 days after obtaining an AME Digital Gold Account.

How do I enter my referral code?

How do I share my referral code?

You can share the Referral code by email.

Can I use my code concurrently with other AME promo codes?

No. We do not allow multiple codes to be used at the same time.

 Is there a limit for the number of people I share my code?

No. We do not impose a limit on the number of people that you can share your code.

Can I send or sell gold I earned from referrals?

Yes. The gold you receive from referrals can be used at your will (sell, gifted, redeemed). 

If my friends and family purchase double the amount needed to get the referral discount, will I get double the amount of gold?

No, the reward amount is given or discount amount will be the same

Can I withdraw the gold I earned from the referral promotion?

Yes, you may sell the gold earned and then withdraw the cash

How long does it take for me to receive my reward?

You will receive the reward as soon as your friend or family uses the referral code successfully to purchase the minimum amount of gold required by the referral promotion.

Can I make multiple purchases of gold until the required amount is reached to get the discount?

 No. You need to make a one time purchase of the required amount of gold in total amount using the referral code to enjoy the discount. 

Will the bonus gold I have earned expire?

No, the gold you earn is added to your balance.

Can you gift gold to yourself?

No, you will not be able to gift gold to yourself.

Whom can I send gold?

You can send gold to anyone that has an AME Digital Gold Account

How does the recipient get the gold?

The gold will be credited to the recipient's account. An email confirming the gift of gold will send to both the giver and recipient.

Is there any way to track the gold send and received?

We provide email confirmation to track the gold sent and received.

How do I accept gold?

You will receive an email requesting a confirmation to accept a gold transfer. To accept the gold, you will have to reply to the email. 

How do I reject a gold transfer?

Clients will receive an email requesting a confirmation to accept a gold transfer. If you would like to reject a transfer, you can reply to the email to reject a gold transfer

Am I able to cancel or withdraw the gold transfer after I have sent it out?

No. You will not be able to cancel or withdraw once both parties have agreed.

Can I transfer Gold in RM?

No, you will not be able to transfer gold in (RM) Ringgit Malaysia.

What happens if the gold transfer expires before I accept it?

The giver will have to resend a gold transfer order to you. 

Am I able to send gold in the form of a physical gold wafer, bar or coin?

Yes, you can. There will be additional charges for physical delivery of gold. 

I have accidentally entered the wrong email address to send gold to. What do I do?

You will have to contact customer service immediately. Our team vets all transfers before sending gold.

Can I send the gold to a recipient who does not have an AME Digital Gold account?

No. Clients that intend to receive gold are required to open an AME Digital Gold account.

Can I send the gold to a recipient who does not have an AME Digital Gold account?

The transfer will be expired and be returned to the giver.
